1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TripSignal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and TripSignal ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: hi@tripsignal.ai
2. Description of Service
TripSignal is a travel intelligence platform that aggregates, processes, and surfaces real-time information about health events, security incidents, natural disasters, and government travel advisories. The Service is currently in pre-launch / waitlist phase. Access is limited and granted at our discretion.
3. Informational Purpose Only
All content provided by TripSignal is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including legal, medical, or security advice. TripSignal is not a government agency and does not issue official travel advisories. Always consult official government sources (e.g., U.S. State Department, UK FCO) before making travel decisions. TripSignal is not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Completeness
Travel conditions can change rapidly. While we strive to provide timely and accurate intelligence, TripSignal does not warrant that information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Intelligence feeds are automated and may contain inaccuracies, delays, or omissions.
5. Waitlist and Early Access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. We reserve the right to limit, pause, or terminate access at any time, for any reason. Waitlist membership confers no contractual right to the Service, pricing, or features described in our marketing materials, which are subject to change.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) reproduce, redistribute, or resell Service data without written permission; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any security measures; (d) use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud any person; (e) impersonate any person or entity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, data pipelines, brand assets, and intelligence outputs of TripSignal are the exclusive property of TripSignal and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our name, logo, or content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of life, personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months, or $100 USD if no amount has been paid.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TripSignal, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to TripSignal, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
